Reconstitution Steps

  1. Wipe the vial stopper and BAC water vial with alcohol; let dry.
  2. Draw varies — confirm with supplier mL of bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe.
  3. Inject slowly down the inside glass wall of the blend vial. Do not aim at the powder.
  4. Gently swirl until fully dissolved. Do not shake.
  5. Label with reconstitution date. Refrigerate at 2–8°C; use within the window specified above.

How This Works

The Relaxation PM blend pairs complementary peptides targeting different aspects of the sleep-anxiety axis. DSIP (Delta Sleep Inducing Peptide) is a nonapeptide first identified in 1977 in rabbit brain venous blood during sleep induction. It increases slow-wave (delta) sleep, modulates the HPA axis stress response, and has analgesic properties in animal models.

Selank (Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro) is a synthetic heptapeptide analog of tuftsin that binds benzodiazepine receptors and modulates GABA-A receptor activity without producing dependence. It reduces anxiety, stabilizes enkephalins (endogenous opioids that promote sleep), and upregulates BDNF — making it anxiolytic without the sedation or dependence of conventional anxiolytics.

When oxytocin is included, it adds social bonding/trust signaling that reduces amygdala reactivity and pre-sleep rumination. Epitalon supports melatonin production via pineal gland gene expression modulation.
