DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide) Dosage Protocols: All Vial Sizes

DSIP is a 9-amino-acid neuropeptide first isolated from rabbit cerebral venous blood during electrically induced sleep. It modulates delta-wave sleep and exhibits anti-stress effects. Choose your vial size below; each size has its own exact dosing table.

Choose Your Vial Size

VialFinal volumeConcentrationOne U-100 unit

15 mg3 mL5 mg/mL50 mcg in 0.01 mLOpen protocol →

Doses are the same research amounts across sizes; the vial size changes the concentration, so syringe units differ. Always use the table for your exact vial.

⚠ Research Use Only: DSIP is investigational. Most clinical literature is Eastern European.

How This Works

DSIP (Trp-Ala-Gly-Gly-Asp-Ala-Ser-Gly-Glu) was first isolated from venous blood of rabbits during electrically induced sleep. Despite its name it does not directly induce sleep but appears to modulate sleep architecture, particularly delta-wave activity. It modulates the HPA axis with cortisol-lowering effects under stress, alters limbic neurotransmitter release, and exerts antioxidant and anti-convulsant activity.
