Wolverine Blend (BPC-157 / TB-500) (20 mg Vial) Dosage Protocol
Wolverine Blend combines BPC-157 and TB-500 in a single vial — the two most-studied tissue-repair peptides, working through complementary mechanisms. This page covers the 20 mg vial.
⚡ Quickstart Highlights
Dosing & Reconstitution Guide
Route: Subcutaneous | Frequency: Once daily | Half-life: Mixed
Standard Approach (3 mL = 6.67 mg/mL)
Reconstituting with 3 mL bacteriostatic water produces a concentration of 6.67 mg/mL. Volume per dose changes with concentration; mg dose itself does not change between vial sizes.
| Phase / Protocol | Dose | U-100 Units | Volume | Doses per vial |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Weeks 1–2 (initial) | 600 mcg | 9 units | 0.090 mL | 33 doses |
| Weeks 3–4 (loading) | 800 mcg | 12 units | 0.12 mL | 25 doses |
| Weeks 5–8 (maintenance) | 600 mcg | 9 units | 0.090 mL | 33 doses |
Reconstitution Steps
- Wipe the vial stopper and BAC water vial with alcohol; let dry.
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe.
- Inject slowly down the inside glass wall of the peptide vial. Do not aim at the powder.
- Gently swirl until fully dissolved. Do not shake.
- Label with reconstitution date. Refrigerate at 2–8°C; use within 28 days.
Supplies Needed
Estimates for an 8-week and 12-week cycle at 600 mcg per dose, once daily (7 doses/week).
| Item | 8-Week Cycle | 12-Week Cycle |
|---|---|---|
| Wolverine Blend (BPC-157 / TB-500) (20 mg) vials | 2 vials | 3 vials |
| Insulin syringes (U-100) | 56 | 84 |
| Bacteriostatic water (10 mL) | 1 × 10 mL | 1 × 10 mL |
| Alcohol swabs | 1 × 100-pack | 2 × 100-pack |
Protocol Overview
Wolverine Blend pairs BPC-157 and TB-500 — the two most-studied research-grade tissue-repair peptides — in a 1:1 ratio. The combination is more popular in connective-tissue protocols than either alone because the mechanisms are complementary: BPC-157 acts locally and on gut mucosa, TB-500 distributes systemically.
Most protocols run 4-week twice-daily loading + 8-week once-daily maintenance, then a 4-week break.
Dosing Protocol
Standard cycle structure:
- Loading (weeks 1–4): 500 mcg total (250 mcg each) twice daily. Sub-Q near injury when possible.
- Maintenance (weeks 5–12): 250 mcg total once daily.
- Break (weeks 13–16): 4-week off-cycle to allow body to consolidate adaptations.
- Re-cycle if needed: Repeat from loading.
Acute-injury variant: Some research protocols use 750 mcg total twice daily for the first 7–10 days post-injury, then drop to standard loading.
Storage Instructions
| State | Temperature | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Lyophilized | −20°C (−4°F) | Up to 24 months, dry & dark |
| Reconstituted | 2–8°C (35–46°F) | Up to 28 days, protect from light |
Important Notes
How This Works
BPC-157 provides local cytoprotection, angiogenesis, and tendon-cell migration. TB-500 provides systemic actin regulation and cell migration. The two work through complementary mechanisms; they are commonly combined in connective-tissue research protocols.
