SLU-PP-332 (5 mg Vial) Dosage Protocol
SLU-PP-332 is a small-molecule pan-agonist of estrogen-related receptors (ERRα, β, γ), studied as an exercise mimetic with strong endurance-promoting effects in animal models.
⚡ Quickstart Highlights
Dosing & Reconstitution Guide
Route: Subcutaneous or intraperitoneal (per literature) | Frequency: Twice daily (research/preclinical) | Half-life: ~6 hours
Standard Approach (3 mL = 1.67 mg/mL)
Reconstituting with 3 mL bacteriostatic water produces a concentration of 1.67 mg/mL. Volume per dose changes with concentration; mg dose itself does not change between vial sizes.
| Phase / Protocol | Dose | U-100 Units | Volume | Doses per vial |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Weeks 1–2 (initial) | 625 mcg | 37.5 units | 0.38 mL | 8 doses |
| Weeks 3–8 (target) | 1.25 mg | 75 units | 0.75 mL | 4 doses |
Reconstitution Steps
- Wipe the vial stopper and BAC water vial with alcohol; let dry.
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe.
- Inject slowly down the inside glass wall of the peptide vial. Do not aim at the powder.
- Gently swirl until fully dissolved. Do not shake.
- Label with reconstitution date. Refrigerate at 2–8°C; use within 28 days.
Supplies Needed
Estimates for an 8-week and 12-week cycle at 1.25 mg per dose, twice daily (research/preclinical) (14 doses/week).
| Item | 8-Week Cycle | 12-Week Cycle |
|---|---|---|
| SLU-PP-332 (5 mg) vials | 28 vials | 42 vials |
| Insulin syringes (U-100) | 112 | 168 |
| Bacteriostatic water (10 mL) | 9 × 10 mL | 13 × 10 mL |
| Alcohol swabs | 1 × 100-pack | 2 × 100-pack |
Protocol Overview
SLU-PP-332 is preclinical-only at present — animal models show dramatic endurance improvements via ERR pan-agonism. No established human clinical protocol.
Dosing Protocol
Research dosing (preclinical):
- Weeks 1–2 (initial): 625 mcg twice daily.
- Weeks 3–8 (target): 1.25 mg twice daily.
Cycle: Research only; no validated human cycle structure. Human equivalent not established.
Storage Instructions
| State | Temperature | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Lyophilized | −20°C (−4°F) | Up to 24 months, dry & dark |
| Reconstituted | 2–8°C (35–46°F) | Up to 28 days, protect from light |
Important Notes
How This Works
SLU-PP-332 activates all three estrogen-related receptors (ERRα, β, γ), which are master regulators of mitochondrial biogenesis and oxidative metabolism. ERR activation produces an exercise-like transcriptional program in skeletal muscle.
Potential Benefits & Side Effects
Potential Benefits
- Dramatic endurance improvements in mouse running studies.
- Mitochondrial biogenesis upregulation.
- Improved metabolic flexibility.
Side Effect Profile
- Limited human safety data.
- Animal data only at present.
Lifestyle Factors
- Pair with regular exercise to compound effects.
Injection Technique
- Subcutaneous; some research uses oral.
