KLOW Blend (GHK-Cu / KPV / BPC-157 / TB-500) (80 mg Vial) Dosage Protocol
KLOW combines GHK-Cu (50 mg), KPV (10 mg), BPC-157 (10 mg), and TB-500 (10 mg) in a single 80 mg vial — adding anti-inflammatory KPV to the GLOW formula for immune-modulating regenerative coverage.

Dosing & Reconstitution Guide
Route: Subcutaneous | Frequency: Once daily | Half-life: Mixed
Standard Approach (3 mL = 26.67 mg/mL)
Reconstituting with 3 mL bacteriostatic water produces a concentration of 26.67 mg/mL. Volume per dose changes with concentration; mg dose itself does not change between vial sizes.
| Phase / Protocol | Dose | U-100 Units | Volume | Doses per vial |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Weeks 1–2 (titration) | 2 mg | 7.5 units | 0.075 mL | 40 doses |
| Weeks 3–4 | 4 mg | 15 units | 0.15 mL | 20 doses |
| Weeks 5–8 (target) | 6 mg | 22.5 units | 0.22 mL | 13 doses |
| Weeks 9–12 (maintenance) | 4 mg | 15 units | 0.15 mL | 20 doses |
Reconstitution Steps
- Wipe the vial stopper and BAC water vial with alcohol; let dry.
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe.
- Inject slowly down the inside glass wall of the peptide vial. Do not aim at the powder.
- Gently swirl until fully dissolved. Do not shake.
- Label with reconstitution date. Refrigerate at 2–8°C; use within 28 days.
Supplies Needed
Estimates for an 8-week and 12-week cycle at 4 mg per dose, once daily (7 doses/week).
| Item | 8-Week Cycle | 12-Week Cycle |
|---|---|---|
| KLOW Blend (GHK-Cu / KPV / BPC-157 / TB-500) (80 mg) vials | 3 vials | 5 vials |
| Insulin syringes (U-100) | 56 | 84 |
| Bacteriostatic water (10 mL) | 1 × 10 mL | 2 × 10 mL |
| Alcohol swabs | 1 × 100-pack | 2 × 100-pack |
Protocol Overview
KLOW adds KPV's anti-inflammatory action to the GLOW formula. Most useful in protocols where systemic inflammation is contributing to the tissue dysfunction (e.g., chronic gut conditions affecting skin).
Dosing Protocol
Daily dosing:
- Standard (1.5 mL daily): Once-daily injection of reconstituted blend.
Cycle: 8–12 weeks active, 4-week break.
Storage Instructions
| State | Temperature | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Lyophilized | −20°C (−4°F) | Up to 24 months, dry & dark |
| Reconstituted | 2–8°C (35–46°F) | Up to 28 days, protect from light |
Important Notes
How This Works
KLOW adds KPV (α-MSH C-terminal anti-inflammatory tripeptide) to GLOW, providing broad anti-inflammatory coverage alongside skin and tissue repair signaling.
