GLOW Blend (GHK-Cu / BPC-157 / TB-500) (70 mg Vial) Dosage Protocol
GLOW combines GHK-Cu (50 mg), BPC-157 (10 mg), and TB-500 (10 mg) in a single 70 mg vial — pairing skin remodeling with systemic tissue repair.
⚡ Quickstart Highlights
Dosing & Reconstitution Guide
Route: Subcutaneous | Frequency: Once daily (4-week cycle) | Half-life: Mixed
Standard Approach (3 mL = 23.33 mg/mL)
Reconstituting with 3 mL bacteriostatic water produces a concentration of 23.33 mg/mL. Volume per dose changes with concentration; mg dose itself does not change between vial sizes.
| Phase / Protocol | Dose | U-100 Units | Volume | Doses per vial |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Weeks 1–4 (target) | 2.33 mg | 10.0 units | 0.100 mL | 30 doses |
Reconstitution Steps
- Wipe the vial stopper and BAC water vial with alcohol; let dry.
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe.
- Inject slowly down the inside glass wall of the peptide vial. Do not aim at the powder.
- Gently swirl until fully dissolved. Do not shake.
- Label with reconstitution date. Refrigerate at 2–8°C; use within 28 days.
Supplies Needed
Estimates for an 8-week and 12-week cycle at 2.33 mg per dose, once daily (4-week cycle) (7 doses/week).
| Item | 8-Week Cycle | 12-Week Cycle |
|---|---|---|
| GLOW Blend (GHK-Cu / BPC-157 / TB-500) (70 mg) vials | 2 vials | 3 vials |
| Insulin syringes (U-100) | 56 | 84 |
| Bacteriostatic water (10 mL) | 1 × 10 mL | 1 × 10 mL |
| Alcohol swabs | 1 × 100-pack | 2 × 100-pack |
Protocol Overview
GLOW protocols pair daily injection (skin/recovery focus) with adequate sun protection and collagen-supportive nutrition. Effects on skin appearance and tendon recovery accumulate over 8–12 weeks.
Dosing Protocol
Daily dosing:
- Standard (1 mL daily): Once-daily injection of reconstituted blend.
Cycle structure: 8–12 weeks active, then 4-week break.
Storage Instructions
| State | Temperature | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Lyophilized | −20°C (−4°F) | Up to 24 months, dry & dark |
| Reconstituted | 2–8°C (35–46°F) | Up to 28 days, protect from light |
Important Notes
How This Works
GLOW pairs three regenerative peptides: GHK-Cu (collagen, elastin, dermal stem cells), BPC-157 (gut/tendon/ligament repair, angiogenesis), and TB-500 (systemic actin regulation, wound healing). Mechanisms overlap and complement.
